Any Best Pectoral Exercises?
pushups are good, bench is good. you said ”besides bench” so i’ll talk about pushups. how many pushups can you do? 40? 50? (NOT to insult you if you can do more, please understand those numbers are for example only), it’s possible to make pushups harder so that more muscle work is involved.
Pectoralis major contract to bring your elbows together at chest level and pectoralis minor contract to bring your elbows together, but down lower towards your solar plexus at the same time.
when you do a pushup, push your hands together as hard as you can manage, all the way up, all the way down. no, harder than that. there ya go. still feel like you can do 50 of those? (example number only!) work so hard on each pushup that you feel you could only do 6 or 8 of them.
there is of course a limitation to this, compared to the bench, since the weight you press can be more than you weigh. when you bench, concentrate on your pecs. make the movement concentrated on your chest by puffing out your chest a little. similar to the pushups. ugh, if i were there, i could just show you :-p

personal experience. my friends used to tease me about getting a pushup bra :-p
also, if you’re interested, i have a bench press workout that takes 5 minutes, you do it 6 days a week, and when i first started out, my bench went up 5 to 7 pounds a week for about 10 months straight. if you’re interested, pls leave some comments!
